Thales and Badge launch biometric authorization for AI agents

Thales and Badge released Thales Privacy Preserving Biometrics by Badge, software that binds actions to a real human with an audit trail. An AI agent can hold a user's credential while consent for data sharing or actions is confirmed via biometrics; the scan and derived key are destroyed after each authentication. Badge says the audit trail complies with eIDAS 2.0 and the EU AI Act.
