9to5Mac tested the iPhone 18 Pro's variable aperture in Night mode. The widest aperture increased from f/1.8 to f/1.48, cutting exposure from 2.1 to 1.7 seconds, while stopping down to f/4 extends exposure to 4 seconds for smoother water and starburst effects.
