Agentic Finance Graph launches shadow payment-check layer for AI agents on Base

On 16 October 2026 Agentic Finance Graph switched on a shadow layer on Base for AI-agent payments: a pre-payment payee check, a post-payment behaviour watch and a revocable Ed25519-signed Agent Pass. The layer records decisions and blocks nothing; a first run evaluated 7,630 ranked agents in 30 seconds, with 5,317 passing.
