FSS Investigates Korea Investment Management Over SpaceX ETF Weight

South Korea's Financial Supervisory Service has launched an investigation into Korea Investment Management after its ACE US Space Tech Active ETF disclosed a 38.05% SpaceX weighting, exceeding the promised 25% cap. The company says internal data shows the limit was first breached on Oct. 2, while the regulator believes the three-month grace period may have already expired.
