Tesla opens Roadster reservations in Malaysia, fees up to RM1 million

Tesla has started taking reservations for the new-generation Roadster in Malaysia. Reservation fees are RM203,000 for the Performance version and RM1,009,000 for the Thrust, while the Rocket is invitation-only; production is scheduled for 2028.

• Initial payment of RM21,000, balance due within 10 days
• Rocket version with cold-gas thrusters is invitation-only
• Production is scheduled for 2028, final prices not yet announced
