Comtech Expects Gilat Divestiture to Close This Year

Comtech expects to close the sale of its Space and Satellite Communications segment to Gilat Satellite Networks for $157.5 million by the end of the calendar year. The deal is being made through Gilat's wholly owned subsidiary Wavestream. The S&S unit posted a net loss of $17.9 million in fiscal 2026, down from $136 million a year earlier.
