Developer h0m3us3r released w1700k-sdr, an open-source project that turns the Gemtek W1700K Wi-Fi 7 router into a wideband SDR receiver. It captures raw 14-bit I/Q samples at up to 320 MSps across 2.4, 5 and 6 GHz bands and streams them over 10 GbE at about 9.75 Gbit/s to a Linux host.
- Captures 14-bit I/Q at 40, 80, 160 and 320 MSps
- Covers 2.4, 5 and 6 GHz with continuous LO retuning
- Zero-copy UDP streaming over 10 GbE hits ~9.75 Gbit/s
- Requires a W1700K/W1700K2 router, 3.3V USB-serial and a 10 GbE Linux PC
