Ransomware extortion now targets employees' families

Semperis' 2026 Ransomware Risk Report found 84% of victims faced AI-driven attacks and 87% saw attacks on identity infrastructure. 41% reported physical or psychological intimidation, while 37% said employees' friends or family were threatened.
