Siri AI in iOS 27: what Apple's rebuilt assistant can do

Apple shipped its rebuilt Siri, built on models developed with Google, in iOS 27, iPadOS 27 and macOS 27. The assistant pulls context from Mail, Messages and Photos, understands on-screen content, identifies objects via the camera and generates Shortcuts from plain-language descriptions. It requires an iPhone 15 Pro or newer, is English-only and is unavailable in the EU and China.
