EU's official VAT rate database found to have historical errors

Developers of Duty27 audited the European Commission's TEDB database and found errors: Greece showed a 24% VAT rate before June 2016 instead of 23%, and Germany's cut to 16% in H2 2020 was missing. Of 34 country-category combinations checked, 21 needed correction.
