Sonnet's Echo III T5 brings three PCIe slots to Macs over Thunderbolt 5
Sonnet has launched the Echo III T5 lineup, giving Mac mini, Mac Studio, and MacBook Pro users up to three full-size PCIe slots over Thunderbolt 5. The Module costs $1,099.99, the Desktop $1,199.99, the 2U Rackmount $1,319.99, and the xMac mini (2024+) bundle $1,799.99.
- Three PCIe 3.1 slots: one x16 and two x8, up to three single-width cards
- 400W power supply and two temperature-controlled Noctua fans at 17 dBA
- Compatible with Thunderbolt 5, Thunderbolt 4, and USB4 ports
- Avid-qualified for up to three Pro Tools HDX cards
