Space sector hit by more than one cyberattack per day in 2025

A study identified 407 cyber operations against the space sector in 2025 — more than one per day. Targets included 183 entities across 46 countries such as NASA, SpaceX, Airbus and ESA; 61% were DDoS and 13% ransomware.
