Astera Labs Orion Scales 8 to 160 Accelerators on 320-Lane PCIe Fabric, Aries 7 Adds PCIe 7 Retimers

Astera Labs announced Orion, a rack-scale reference design with a 320-lane PCIe switch fabric scaling a pod from 8 to 160 accelerators, plus the Aries 7 portfolio of PCIe 7 retimers, redrivers and optical components. First Orion designs are due in Q1 2027, with Aries 7 sampling in Q4 2026.
