Manipur police probe Telegram channels selling explicit images of women, including CSAM

Police in India's Manipur state launched Operation Dignity against Telegram channels allegedly sharing and selling non-consensual explicit images and videos of local women, including CSAM. Thirteen people, among them a minor, have been arrested as investigators trace the wider network and financial trails.
