Wharton report: 80% of leaders see AI returns, only 28% call them strongly positive

Wharton Human-AI Research and GBK Collective released their fourth annual report, The Adaptive Advantage: 80% of managers report positive returns on AI investments, but only 28% call them strongly positive. Among departments tracking growth metrics, 35% report strongly positive returns versus 13% of those measuring efficiency alone.
