Apple: HomeView facial recognition requires a personal device with Siri AI on the same Wi-Fi

Apple says HomeView's facial recognition only works if users have a "registered personal device" running Apple Intelligence and Siri AI on the same Wi-Fi network. Without such a device, the user-identification feature is unavailable.
