ISACA: 73% of tech workers eye new jobs but 'job hug' current roles

ISACA's Tech Workplace and Culture 2026 survey of 1,025 tech professionals found 76% are satisfied with their roles, yet 73% would consider changing employers within two years. Burnout hit 59%, and 34% cite unclear career paths as the top barrier.
