BCG: 50% of companies now generate value from AI

BCG surveyed over 1,300 executives across 20 industries: 50% of companies have moved from experimentation to production AI, and 7.5% are the most AI-mature. Leaders post 2.4x more top-line growth than laggards, while agentic AI's share of value rose from 17% in 2025 to 22% in 2026.
