Galaxy S27 Ultra gets DC dimming and M16 OLED material

Samsung will bring DC dimming to the Galaxy S27 Ultra, replacing PWM brightness control to reduce screen flicker. The Ultra and Pro models are expected to use M16 OLED material, keep the privacy display, but still lack hardware-level 10-bit color support.
