Nvidia in talks to acquire Reflection AI and its Beam model

Nvidia is in early-stage talks to buy, acqui-hire, or increase its stake in Reflection AI, an open-weight startup it has already backed with roughly $800 million. The move follows the debut of Reflection's Beam model — 501 billion parameters with only 23 billion active per token.
