China's 2026-2030 rail plan targets 400 km/h CR450 trains and 600 km/h maglev tests

China's National Railway Administration published its railway science and technology innovation plan for 2026-2030. It calls for basic research toward 400 km/h CR450 trains, orderly testing of 600 km/h maglev technology, an AI-driven 12306 platform and at least 100 major research projects by 2030.
