Nightly probe of 517 paid x402 APIs: 99.8% respond, but slowly

A developer runs a nightly Raspberry Pi script probing 517 paid x402 endpoints from the Coinbase Bazaar and publishes a free availability table. Over two nights, 513 of 517 origins returned a valid 402 challenge, but median response was 501 ms for sellers with 10+ paying wallets versus 1,609 ms for the rest.
