Peugeot unveils Hypersquare steer-by-wire control on E-T16 concept

At the Paris Motor Show, Peugeot showed the E-T16 concept with Hypersquare, a steer-by-wire system that replaces the wheel with a button panel and a central display. The tri-motor electric hatchback nods to the 1980s 205 T16 and, per Peugeot, can run three Nürburgring laps in Performance mode without power limits.
