Santa Monica startup Blueprints AI unveiled the second generation of its software, which turns a sketch or PDF into a full set of construction blueprints — architecture, structural, MEP and interiors — checked against local building codes. Subscription pricing runs from $3,200 to $8,500 a month, with a public release this week.
