China tests Combo robot that re-parks illegally parked cars
Shenzhen-based Shanyi Technologies has built Combo, a robot that slides under a car, lifts it by the wheels and moves it to a legal spot without touching the bodywork. It handles payloads up to 3 metric tons and vehicles up to 6.5 meters, moves at about 1.3 m/s and runs roughly four hours. Deployment scale remains unverified.
