Nebius signs LOI with Volt for Rotterdam data center capacity

Nebius has signed a Letter of Intent with Volt to become the first offtaker at Volt's planned "AI Gigafactory" in the Port of Rotterdam. The 600MW campus will have six buildings; the first phase covers two 100MW data centers with roughly €7 billion ($7.8bn) in investment.
