Frore Systems unveils LiquidJet Diamond coldplates with diamond heat spreaders
Frore Systems introduced its LiquidJet Diamond liquid-cooling coldplate series, which uses diamond heat spreaders and a 3D short-loop jet-channel microstructure. The company claims it handles hotspots up to 770 W/cm², cuts GPU temperatures by 16–22C and boosts AI token efficiency by 30–35% for accelerators like Nvidia Rubin and AMD Instinct MI400/MI500.
- Hotspot power density up to 770 W/cm² vs ~600 W/cm² for the original LiquidJet
- GPU temperatures reduced by 16–22C and tokens per watt improved by 30–35%
- Diamond heat spreader offers over 20 W/cm·K thermal conductivity vs ~4 for copper
- Demonstration at OCP Global Summit on October 12–16 for Nvidia's 2,300W Rubin
