System One decision models: Jev, OpenAI Decisions API and the 2026 agent control plane

TypeSafe AI launched Jev, the first commercial "System One" decision model, returning typed decisions in 70–150 ms instead of generating text. OpenAI released a Decisions API powered by gpt-6-luna and Microsoft shipped Microsoft-Decision-1, targeting agent routing, guardrails and triage.
