MediaTek Unveils 2nm Dimensity 9600 Pro With 61% Lower Multi-Core Power

MediaTek announced its flagship Dimensity 9600 Pro SoC on TSMC's 2nm process with 61% lower multi-core power consumption. The chip features a 2+3+3 CPU up to 4.55 GHz, LPDDR6 and UFS 5.0 support, and a dual NPU for models up to 30 billion parameters. First smartphones are expected this quarter.
