College Asked Flock to Remove Its Cameras. The Company Refused
Elgin Community College asked Flock Safety to remove six surveillance cameras after data from Illinois Flock cameras was shared with U.S. Customs and Border Protection and ICE detained a student on campus. Flock refused to cancel the contract, and the cameras were only uninstalled after it expired in April.
