Foreign investors cut Samsung stake to 17-year low

Foreign ownership of Samsung Electronics has fallen to 46.37%, the lowest since July 2009, even as the company's shares hit record highs on strong semiconductor results and rising memory chip prices. The stake was 52.4% earlier this year and dropped below 50% in March.
