HPE networking boss: AI will handle all trouble tickets without humans in 2-3 years

HPE networking chief Rami Rahim said 70-80% of trouble tickets already need no human intervention, and within two to three years AI will resolve all network issues. Hardware swaps remain the exception, but HPE aims to automate those too. The company is extending Juniper's self-driving network tech across its hybrid cloud portfolio.
