Maniformer Opens Crowdsourcing Platform Paying People to Record Tasks for Robots
Shanghai-based Maniformer, which supplies training data for physical AI, has launched a crowdsourcing platform where ordinary people record everyday tasks to train robots. It lists 22 categories, over 5,000 task types and 50,000 real scenes, with nearly 20,000 users signing up during a closed test. The company pledged RMB 100 million in subsidies and aims for 1 million daily active users within two years.
