Google pushes users to ditch passwords for passkeys
Google has launched a campaign urging users to switch from passwords to passkeys during Cybersecurity Awareness Month. Passkeys rely on a fingerprint, face scan or device PIN and are resistant to phishing, with biometric data kept on the device.
