The HP HyperX Omen Max 16 is a flagship 16-inch gaming laptop with a Core Ultra 9 290HX Plus, a 175 W GeForce RTX 5090 and a 2.5K 240 Hz OLED display. In Unleashed mode the GPU draws nearly the full 175 W, but the chassis and 460 W power brick are bulkier and fans exceed 60 dB(A). The tested configuration costs about $4200–4400.
