IMC 2026: India Says It Built Its Own 4G Stack and Deployed It Nationwide

Communications Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia said at IMC 2026 that India has developed its own 4G stack and deployed it across the country. He called 5G Standalone the bridge to 6G and said India aims to help shape global telecom standards via the Bharat 6G Alliance.
