WARDEN tested against two MCP scanners on 986 real servers

The makers of the WARDEN scanner benchmarked it against open-source mcp-audit and mcp-shield on MCPTox (218 poisoned tools) and 986 public MCP servers. WARDEN 0.9.0 caught 171 of 218 attacks and blocked 3 honest servers, mcp-audit caught 25 with 33 false positives, and mcp-shield caught 41 while blocking 343.
