AWS, Upstage and Ollama adopt TypeSafe's decision-model API; OpenAI stays out

AWS released Strands Decider 2B, an open-weight model built on Qwen3.5 that answers at /v1/systemone, the same endpoint TypeSafe AI introduced with Jev. Upstage, Ollama 0.35, OpenRouter and Perplexity now support the System One schema, while OpenAI's Decisions API remains in limited preview without a published schema or pricing.
