Jio deploys network slicing before TRAI finalises rules

Reliance Jio has already deployed network slicing in India even though TRAI has yet to finalise regulations. The company used a mission-critical slice for Maharashtra Police at an event with 3.5 million people in Pandharpur and at a Tirupati gathering of about 500,000.
