Vodacom and SmartOps Fleet to deploy up to 55,000 e-hailing vehicles in SA

Vodacom South Africa and SmartOps Fleet aim to roll out up to 55,000 connected vehicles over nine to 12 months. Vodacom supplies connectivity and fintech, Fidelity provides tracking and dash-cams, and Nedbank MFC handles vehicle finance, with 66% of the fleet targeted as EVs.
