Beam Global bets $24M on US drones with ScoutDI acquisition
Beam Global has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Norwegian drone maker ScoutDI for about $24 million. ScoutDI's inspection drones and Scout Portal software will be manufactured for the US market at Beam's American factories, with the deal expected to close in November.
