New Relic: a quarter of enterprises run AI agents unmonitored
New Relic's 2026 Observability Forecast, based on a survey of 2,575 IT and engineering leaders, found that one in four enterprises runs AI agents in production without monitoring, while 9% suffer high-impact outages several times a day, up 200% year on year. Nandini Ramani, formerly of AWS, became CEO on 1 October, with ex-CEO Ashan Willy staying on as a board advisor.
