Programmer natively ports P.T. to PC

21-year-old developer Lorean Xavier has released a native PC port of Hideo Kojima's P.T. demo for Windows and Linux. The project ships no copyrighted assets and requires a user's own dump of the game, but adds modern graphics and mod support; work began in 2024.

• PT-PC runs natively on Windows and Linux without an emulator
• It requires a user's own P.T. dump and contains no copyrighted files
• Modern graphical features and mod support were added
• Dataminer Lance McDonald called it a 1:1 port of the codebase
