EMA: tool sprawl and AI complicate enterprise network operations

An EMA survey of 356 enterprise IT professionals found organizations run six to eight observability tools, consuming engineering time and slowing incident resolution. 51% already apply AI to observability, but no one achieves a single pane of glass.
