Goodman to supply 50MW of data center waste heat to Neu-Isenburg district heating

Goodman has signed a deal with the City of Neu-Isenburg and utility Stadtwerke Neu-Isenburg to recover up to 50MW of waste heat from its FRA02 data center for the district heating network. The network will serve 600 buildings, including the Neue Welt residential area and the Waldschwimmbad public pool, with FRA02 due online in 2028 at 54MW of IT capacity.
