Kyndryl: only 10% of IT chiefs use agentic AI for modernization

A Kyndryl survey of 2,000 senior IT decision-makers found that only 10% use agentic AI for legacy modernization. About half of modernization projects delivered better IT operations, and 18% of respondents saw limited or unclear value.
