Uranium crypto exchange hacker convicted of stealing $53 million
A Maryland man was found guilty of hacking decentralized crypto exchange Uranium Finance twice in April 2021, stealing roughly $53.3 million and forcing the platform to shut down. Jonathan Spalletta faces up to 10 years for computer fraud and up to 20 years for money laundering.
