IBM Bob adds self-hosted AI deployment

IBM introduced a self-hosted deployment option for IBM Bob, its agentic software development platform, letting enterprises run the AI on-premises, in private and sovereign clouds, and in air-gapped environments without moving sensitive code and data. IBM cites its IBV research showing 68% of executives find data residency and sovereignty requirements challenging.
