Cloudflare open sources Clef decision models for AI agents

Cloudflare released Clef, a set of open-weight models at 9B and 27B parameters that pick among predefined options instead of generating text. Clef accepts text, JSON, images or video and returns probabilities for each question in a single forward pass; Clef-Flash has a median latency of 38.8 ms versus 209.3 ms for the 27B model.
