TSMC September revenue jumps 54.6% to record $16.03B on AI demand

TSMC reported record monthly revenue of NT$511.86 billion ($16.03 billion) for September, up 54.6% year over year but down 0.6% from August. The chipmaker, whose customers include Nvidia and Apple, is riding strong demand for AI chips. It will report third-quarter earnings next week.
